Man Transforms Himself Into a ‘Black Alien’ …Internet is Amazed By Before & After Photos

Tattoos and body modifications are often seen as a form of personal expression. For many, they are symbolic, artistic, or simply aesthetic choices. But what happens when body transformation becomes a lifelong obsession?

Meet Anthony Loffredo—a man who has taken self-expression to a level that most would find unimaginable.

The 35-year-old Frenchman has become globally known for his extreme body modifications, part of what he calls the Black Alien Project. His goal? To resemble a real-life alien.

Loffredo’s entire body is covered in tattoos—over 200 of them. But it doesn’t stop there. He has undergone numerous surgical procedures, including the removal of his upper lip, nose, and ears. He has also split his tongue and had dermal implants inserted to give his face and skull a more alien-like shape.

His transformation is so dramatic that before-and-after photos of his makeover have gone viral across social media.

While his appearance often shocks people—some even say he looks “terrifying”—Loffredo insists that he is proud of the way he looks. Despite difficulties with speaking due to the removal of his lips and the splitting of his tongue, he says he feels truly happy in his own skin.

However, he also admits that living with such an extreme appearance comes with challenges.

“It’s a fight every day, because every day you find new people who don’t understand, who want to judge,” Loffredo shared in an interview.

“This type of change, it’s not just a tattoo—it’s something bigger,” he explained. “It’s life. Not everyone understands everything. Like me, I don’t understand lots of things about lots of people.”

Anthony emphasizes the importance of empathy and open-mindedness.

“You can’t judge someone. No one knows what’s inside someone’s head, why they’re doing what they’re doing. You need to talk with that person.”

Despite the intense criticism he receives, Loffredo insists he just wants to be seen as a “normal” person—someone with feelings, dreams, and a personal story, just like everyone else.
